Whistleblowing Policy & Procedure

1.1. Jin Group Pte Ltd does not tolerate any malpractice, impropriety, statutory non-compliance or wrongdoing by staff/business partners in the course of their work.

1.2. This Policy is intended to provide a framework to promote responsible and secure whistle blowing without fear of adverse consequences. Information submitted will be kept strictly confidential amongst the top management of Jin Group.

1.3. The Policy aims to create a work environment where Employees, vendors, service providers, customers, contractors and other stakeholders are able to raise concerns on misconduct, irregularities or malpractices, without fear of harassment and/or victimization and with an assurance that their concerns will be taken seriously and investigated, and the outcome duly communicated.

1.4. Breaches of this Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or dismissal. In serious cases concerning integrity, Jin Group will bring the case to the relevant official authorities.

1.5. Information submitted will be duly investigated. Whistle blowers are encouraged to leave their contact information so that Jin Group may request for their assistance in the investigative process.

1.6. Reportable incidents for whistle blowing include:

1.6.1.        All forms of financial or non-financial malpractices or impropriety such as fraud, corruption, bribery or theft. 

1.6.2.        Harassment and abuse and misrepresentation of power and authority; 

1.6.3.        Failure to comply with laws and regulations; 

1.6.4.        Actions detrimental to health and safety or the environment; 

1.6.5.        Discrimination on the basis of gender, race, disabilities; 

1.6.6.        Serious conflict of interest without disclosure; 

1.6.7.        Sexual harassment or outrage of modesty; and

1.6.8.        Concealing information about any of the above malpractice or misconduct
